Easy flow yoga is a gentle and accessible style of yoga that emphasizes smooth, flowing movements and a relaxed pace. This practice is designed to be inclusive, making it suitable for practitioners of all levels, including beginners and those with physical limitations. Easy flow yoga combines elements of breath work, mindful movement, and basic yoga postures to promote relaxation, flexibility, and a sense of well-being. Capacity of 12 students, pre-registration is required. You can pre-register on site through the front desk, or by calling reception. 506-475-8849
