Cancellation Policy

At Jolie Vie Wellness Retreat, we understand that plans can change, and we appreciate advance communication whenever a cancellation or reschedule is needed.

Thermal Experience:

Thermal experience bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time. Guests are encouraged to rebook for a future date whenever possible to avoid losing the non-refundable booking and administrative fees. As the thermal experience operates independently of attendance, we are able to offer greater flexibility for these reservations.

 

Wellness Services with a Practitioner:

For services provided by a dedicated practitioner (such as facials, massage, neurotherapy, dry float, etc.), late cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours may result in a 50% late cancellation fee, particularly in cases of repeated occurrences. This policy helps respect the time and availability of our practitioners.

 

*Booking, administrative, and payment processing fees remain non-refundable.

 

Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.
