Important Guidelines

  • Silence is required in saunas, relaxation areas, meditation room, and hammocks.

  • Low-volume conversation is welcome in the pool, walking trails, and around the firepit.

  • Quiet conversation is welcome in the Wellness Lounge only.

  • Strictly no phones (electronic devices) in thermal cycle areas or treatment rooms and no photography or videography. (May result in being asked to leave the premises without reimbursement).

  • Phones must be turned off and stored in lockers.

  • Electronic devices permitted only in the Wellness Lounge. (Preferrably at the end of your stay).


🚫 No Outside Food or Drinks: To maintain the integrity of our wellness space & allergens-safe environment, outside food and beverages are not allowed.


🚭 Substance-Free Space: Smoking, drugs, and alcohol are strictly prohibited on our premises.


⚖ Zero-tolerance policy: Any form of disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to decline service to any guest who does not adhere to our policies. No refunds will be issued in such cases.


📄 Mandatory Client Waiver: A Client Waiver Form must be submitted before your appointment. Please click on "Client Intake Form" above to complete it.

What to Bring

🧖 If you’ve booked the Thermal Cycle:


  • Swimsuit

  • Indoor sandals/slippers

  • Winter hat (during winter months)

  • Reusable water bottle (no glass allowed) 


If you've booked the Dry Float Therapy session:

  • Comfortable change of cloths (temperature is 36 Celcius)

  • No Jeans

  • No metal or sharp items (jewelry, belt, keys, accessories)

    (Metal or sharp items can puncture and damage the water membrane)
