Refund & Satisfaction Policy
Once a service, session, or facility access has been used, completed, or partially attended, refunds will not be issued.
If a guest is unsatisfied with any aspect of their experience, we encourage them to bring concerns to our staff immediately during their visit, so we can attempt to resolve the issue in real time.
Jolie Vie Wellness Retreat is designed to be a peaceful space, but some ambient noise from guests or staff may occur. We do not issue refunds based on noise levels.
Outdoor areas may be affected by weather conditions, natural elements, or seasonal factors. Guests should take appropriate precautions when using outdoor spaces.
By booking a service or visit, clients acknowledge and accept these conditions.
If a chargeback is filed after a completed service, we will dispute it with evidence, including check-in logs, security footage, and signed agreements.
Clients who issue unwarranted chargebacks may be restricted from booking future services.
