Whether you're on a wellness journey or simply in need of deep relaxation, this integrative care supports the harmony of your body and mind. *Please request an insurance receipt directly from your massage therapist at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation and Refund Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend an appointment (no-shows) are not eligible for a refund. The total service price includes a non-refundable booking/administrative portion that secures your appointment time. This portion is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows. Please note that Wix Payments processing fees are non-refundable and are retained by the payment provider. Any approved refunds will exclude these fees. Refunds, where applicable, are issued only in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Jolie Vie. By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy. 2. Data Collection and Use When you book a service, sign forms, make a purchase, create a contact, sign in, or visit our site, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number.
