Cancellation Policy

At Jolie Vie Wellness Retreat, we understand that plans can change, and we appreciate advance notice whenever a cancellation or reschedule is needed. Thermal Cycle Bookings: Thermal cycle reservations may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time. Guests are encouraged to rebook for a future date whenever possible to avoid losing the non-refundable booking and administrative fee. As the thermal cycle operates regardless of attendance, we are able to offer greater flexibility for these bookings. Wellness Therapy & Service Appointments: For services provided by a dedicated practitioner (such as facials, massage, neurotherapy, or dry float), late cancellations or no-shows made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 50% late cancellation fee, particularly in cases of repeated occurrences. This policy helps respect practitioner time and availability. Booking & Processing Fees: All bookings include a non-refundable booking and administrative fee to cover staff time and payment processing. Payment processing fees charged by our provider (Wix Payments) are non-refundable and retained by the payment processor. Any approved refunds will exclude these fees and are issued only in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Jolie Vie Wellness Retreat. Data Collection & Communication: When you book a service, complete forms, make a purchase, or interact with our website, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal code and phone number. This information is used solely to manage your experience, including confirmations, reminders, and service-related communications. By engaging with Jolie Vie Wellness Retreat, you consent to receive necessary communications related to your booking or services. You may also receive occasional updates or announcements. You can unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time using the link provided in our emails. We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is securely stored, accessible only to authorized personnel, and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
