Cancellation Policy

At Jolie Vie Wellness Retreat, our events, retreats and private bookings are intentionally curated to support rest, connection, and well-being. This policy applies to all group and private experiences hosted at Jolie Vie. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Spaces are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations, Changes & Transfers All event, retreat, and private bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person with prior notice. In certain circumstances, and at the sole discretion of Jolie Vie Wellness Retreat, a credit toward a future event, retreat, or private booking may be offered. Credits are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Changes or Cancellations by Jolie Vie Jolie Vie Wellness Retreat reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel an experience due to unforeseen circumstances, including low enrollment, facilitator availability, weather conditions, or force majeure. In such cases, guests will be offered either a refund or a credit toward a future experience. Attendance, Health & Conduct Guests are asked to arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated. Leaving an experience early is considered completion of the experience, and re-entry may not be permitted depending on the format. All participants must respect the calm and intentional environment of Jolie Vie. Policies regarding silence, electronics, food and beverages, and access to facilities remain in effect unless otherwise specified. Jolie Vie Wellness Retreat reserves the right to refuse participation or ask a guest to leave if behavior compromises safety or the experience of others. No refund will be issued in such cases. Data Collection & Communication When you book a service, complete forms, make a purchase, or interact with our website, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal code, and phone number. This information is used solely to manage your experience, including confirmations, reminders, and service-related communications. You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time. Personal information is securely stored and never shared with third parties for marketing purposes without consent. Agreement By booking an event, retreat, or private experience at Jolie Vie Wellness Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
