The Thermal Cycle
STEP 01
Heat
Indulge in a 10 to 15-minute stay in the sauna of your choice. As your body gently warms, allowing pores soften and sweat to be secreted. This process not only helps rid the body of toxins but also invigorates the immune system.
Time: 10 to 15 Minutes | Where: Dry or Steam Sauna
STEP 02
Cold
Prepare for the most exhilarating part of the cycle. With a touch of courage, experience whole body invigoration. The embrace of cold water is a practice that stimulates the cardiovascular system, enhances skin appearance, and primes your body for profound relaxation.
Time: 30 Seconds | Where: Cold Pool or Cold Water Buckets
STEP 03
Relaxation
Settle into a serene rest period and allow your body to recover from the thermal contrasts. It's during this pause that the full benefits of the thermal experience blossom, offering a deep sense of well-being.
